IT Pasha Software License

Prepared for future project-owned releases. No public preview is available yet.

Earlier MIT grants and third-party licenses remain applicable to their components. Release-specific dates, features and support will accompany each download.

IT PASHA SOFTWARE LICENSE — VERSION 1.0
Effective for new project-owned releases designated under these terms from
7 October 2026. Copyright (c) 2026 Mahmoud Abdelaziz, publishing as IT Pasha.

1. Scope and earlier rights
These terms cover only IT Pasha-owned portions of a release that expressly
includes this license. They do not withdraw permissions previously granted
under MIT or another license. Previously MIT-licensed code remains usable
under that grant, including where it is retained in this release. See the
legacy notice and source-transition record. Third-party components retain
their own licenses; their permissions take priority for those components.
No ownership of third-party software or of your data is claimed.

2. Permission to use
You may install and use an officially distributed Free Basic or Free Preview
release for personal or internal business use without a payment card. You
may keep a backup copy. No paid entitlement is granted by this license.
Redistribution of new proprietary IT Pasha portions, sublicensing, resale,
or distributing modified versions requires written permission. This does
not restrict rights under an earlier or third-party license, or rights that
applicable law does not allow a contract to restrict.

3. Free Preview and safe fallback
Each published Free Preview build must disclose its exact UTC start and
expiry, available features, and Basic fallback before download and in the
application. A preview is not restarted by reinstalling. Development builds
with no published dates are not public preview offers. At preview expiry,
new designated premium actions may be unavailable. Basic functions and
authenticated access to saved user data, supported export, backup, recovery,
and cancellation remain available. Expiry does not erase data, remove your
files, revoke your vault password, or terminate an operation already running.
An extension requires a supported update with disclosed terms. There are
no automatic charges. Any future paid upgrade is optional and requires
separate published purchase terms and your affirmative purchase.

4. Your data and external services
You retain rights to your data. This license does not authorize hidden
telemetry or data collection. The product's disclosed privacy practices
apply. AI/provider credentials and usage are supplied and paid for by you
under the provider's terms; free software does not include provider credits.
Review generated output and obtain rights to material you use or publish.

5. Availability, warranty and liability
Preview software may contain defects. Back up important data and use
system-changing tools only with appropriate authorization and recovery
arrangements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is
provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement, and IT Pasha is not liable for
indirect or consequential loss from its use. Nothing excludes mandatory
consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No promise
of lifetime support, updates or compatibility is made here.

6. Changes and contact
A later license may govern a later release; it does not silently shorten
the preview period promised for an issued build or revoke earlier grants.
Release terms, a working support route, and notices must accompany any
public download. The publisher is Mahmoud Abdelaziz, publishing as IT Pasha;
this document does not represent IT Pasha as a separately registered company.
